Steps
Open inbox — Select Notifications under Workspace; review unread markers in the column header badge.
Mark state — Mark items read or dismissed to keep batch job / verification noise manageable.
Follow deep links — Click actions that route with
?panel=to land directly on shipments, imports, or signatures.
Expected result
You finish Notification action deep links with the outcome described in the steps above (saved record, sent email, or updated status in the UI).
Tips
Contrast with Account → Notifications email preference toggles (AT-006).
Common issues
Wrong organization — Switch org from the workspace header pill (AT-008).
