Summary
Atlas Verified is a compliance and trade intelligence workspace. The dashboard combines sidebar modules, stacked detail panels, an Atlas AI column, and quick-create actions for shipments, suppliers, documents, and verification.
Before you begin
An active account after sign-up and onboarding (GS-002, GS-004).
Steps
Sign in and open the dashboard.
Use the sidebar icons for Shipments, Suppliers, Documents, Signatures, and Intelligence.
Open the Atlas column on the dashboard to start AI chat (CH-001).
Use the quick actions strip for Add Shipment, Add Private Supplier, Upload document, and Request Verification (DN-004).
Open Workspace (
?panel=workspace) for account, billing, notifications, and data import.For support, click Get Help in the sidebar (opens Atlas Agent via
open_intercom) — not the public Help Center URL (GS-010).
Expected result
You can navigate modules your plan includes, start Atlas chat, and open create flows from the sidebar or quick actions.
Tips
Pin or widen the Atlas column to keep chat visible while panels are open.

Common issues
Missing sidebar items — Role or plan may hide features (BC-011).
Wrong organization — Use the org pill in the workspace header (AT-008).
