Summary
Paywalls block features when your plan or token balance does not allow an action (e.g. create_shipment, send_chat_message, export_pdf).
Before you begin
Note the feature name on the upgrade overlay.
Steps
When blocked, read the overlay message for the feature key.
Open Workspace → Billing (
?panel=workspace&tab=billing).Compare plan limits to current usage (BC-001).
Upgrade plan or purchase credits (BC-006, BC-007).
Retry the action after billing updates (usually within a minute).
Expected result
The overlay clears and the feature works when your plan and balance allow it.
Tips
Non-admins should ask an org admin to upgrade.
Common issues
Still blocked after payment — Sign out and in; confirm correct org (AT-008). See TS-008.
