Summary
Start a new Atlas conversation from the dashboard Atlas column or Intelligence chat history.
Before you begin
Plan allows chat (
send_chat_message/create_conversation— CH-012, BC-011).
Steps
On the dashboard, focus the Atlas column or open Intelligence → Chat History.
For a new thread, open a fresh chat view (empty composer).
Type your message and press Enter or click send.
Wait for streaming to finish; review citations and record cards.
Optionally attach files with Upload document on the composer (DC-001).
Expected result
A new conversation is created and your first exchange is saved in history.
Tips
ensureConversationcreates a row titled New Conversation when needed.
Common issues
Cannot send — TS-001; check CH-012 and BC-011.
