Before you begin
Signed in at app.atlasverified.ai.
Steps
Open the dashboard.
Click Get Help in the sidebar (class
open_intercom) or the bottom-right chat launcher.Describe your issue with steps to reproduce and screenshots if possible.
For billing or access, include organization name and dates from Workspace → Billing (BC-003).
Use Help Center for self-serve how-tos without opening a ticket.
Expected result
Atlas Agent opens with your user and organization context attached in Intercom.
Tips
Include conversation IDs for chat issues (TS-001) and document IDs for processing (TS-002) — see TS-012.
Common issues
Messenger blocked — Disable ad blockers for app.atlasverified.ai.
Wrong chat on marketing site — Public site uses sales chat (Jordan), not Atlas Agent.
