Summary

Atlas Agent is in-app support via Intercom Messenger — opened from Get Help, not the public Help Center site.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Open the dashboard.

  2. Click Get Help in the sidebar (class open_intercom) or the bottom-right chat launcher.

  3. Describe your issue with steps to reproduce and screenshots if possible.

  4. For billing or access, include organization name and dates from Workspace → Billing (BC-003).

  5. Use Help Center for self-serve how-tos without opening a ticket.

Expected result

Atlas Agent opens with your user and organization context attached in Intercom.

Tips

  • Include conversation IDs for chat issues (TS-001) and document IDs for processing (TS-002) — see TS-012.

Common issues

  • Messenger blocked — Disable ad blockers for app.atlasverified.ai.

  • Wrong chat on marketing site — Public site uses sales chat (Jordan), not Atlas Agent.
