Summary

Recover when PDF export of a conversation fails or never downloads.

Before you begin

  • Plan includes export (BC-011, CH-008).

Steps

  1. Confirm export_pdf is allowed on your plan (BC-011).

  2. Retry with fewer options β€” hide tool calls and system messages (CH-009).

  3. Open the conversation in a new browser tab and export again.

  4. Shorten the thread by starting a new chat and exporting only needed messages if size is huge.

  5. Contact support with conversation ID if repeated failures (TS-012).

Expected result

PDF downloads successfully to your device.

Tips

  • Pop-up blockers can prevent download β€” allow downloads for app.atlasverified.ai.

  • Export during off-peak if the thread is very long.

Common issues

  • Blank PDF β€” Retry including user/assistant messages only.

  • Paywall mid-export β€” Top up tokens (BC-007).
