  1. Refresh the dashboard and reproduce the issue once.

  2. Confirm you are in the correct organization (AT-008).

  3. Check plan limits and tokens (BC-001, BC-011).

  4. Gather details listed in Information for support (TS-012) and open Get Help (GS-010).

Expected result

The problem is fixed, or you have reproduction steps and IDs ready for Atlas Agent (TS-012).
