Give Atlas Agent support the details needed to resolve issues quickly.

Before you begin

  • Reproduce the issue once; note exact clicks.

Steps

  1. Open Get Help (sidebar) or the Intercom launcher (GS-010).

  2. State organization name and your role.

  3. Paste the full URL including ?panel= and sub=.

  4. For chat: conversation ID and UTC time of the failure (TS-001).

  5. For documents: filename, document ID, and status screenshot (TS-002).

  6. For billing: cycle dates from Workspace β†’ Billing (BC-003).

Expected result

Support can find your tenant, records, and logs without long back-and-forth.

Tips

  • One issue per messenger thread keeps tickets clear.

Common issues

  • Not signed in β€” Sign in before opening the messenger for org context.
