Open Get Help (sidebar) or the Intercom launcher (GS-010).
State organization name and your role.
Paste the full URL including
?panel=andsub=.For chat: conversation ID and UTC time of the failure (TS-001).
For documents: filename, document ID, and status screenshot (TS-002).
For billing: cycle dates from Workspace β Billing (BC-003).
Expected result
Support can find your tenant, records, and logs without long back-and-forth.
