Overview
Upload errors and supported file types helps you diagnose a problem without guessing. Start by identifying what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and which record, file, conversation, request, or billing item was involved.
Most issues fall into a few categories: access, organization context, browser state, plan limits, processing delays, or a temporary service error. Working through those checks first usually resolves the problem or gives support the details needed to help quickly.
Symptoms
The screen does not show the expected action, status, message, file, or result.
A request appears stuck, blocked, expired, or incomplete.
A record looks different from what you expected after saving or submitting.
What to try first
Confirm you are signed in to the correct organization.
Refresh the page and retry the action once.
Check whether the related file, request, report, or conversation is still processing.
Try a private browser window if the issue looks session-related.
Capture the visible error message and the affected record name before contacting support.
When to contact support
Contact support if the issue repeats after a refresh, if a customer or supplier is blocked, if billing or access looks wrong, or if a document, signature, verification, or conversation remains stuck longer than expected.
