Troubleshooting steps tie to support contacts (GS-010 / TS-012) and telemetry you can paste into tickets.

Before you begin

Steps

  1. Capture context — Note org id from OrgSwitcherPill, approximate time, browser, and failing route (?panel= values).

  2. Retry safely — Clear stale dashboard state (TS-011), refresh Billing for usage discrepancies (TS-005), or resend verification (TS-006).

  3. Upload failures — For TS-004 compare file type against chat attachment limits and watch Staged for upload errors.
